Over 20 Minutes of New Mafia 3 Gameplay Footage!
We all love open world games, the freedom they provide is sometimes limitless and with the upcoming Mafia III we're traveling to the town of New Bordeaux set in the late 60's. IGN have managed to get their hands on some new gameplay footage showcasing off the open world as well as some other elements that really bring the action into focus. The game will also feature over 100 hits from the 60's to bring the vibrant world to life, from classics such as "A Little Less Conversation" from Elvis, "House of the Rising Sun" by the Animal to "Respect" by Aretha Franklin, "Bad Moon Rising" by Creedence Clearwater Revival and much much more!
You can't have an open world game without car chases and Mafia III doesn't disappoint, expect high speed police chases along the backroads of New Bordeaux. Can you escape the long arm of justice?
Lastly, they've got video for an entire mission of the game May Contain Spoilers. Lincoln has to infilitrade a club and take down an elusive target (is he Agent 47 or Sam Fisher?).
With everything we've seen so far it looks like it may be just as amazing as Mafia II was, hopefully the gameplay and story hold up as Lincoln Clay looks like an interesting character that I'd like to invest time with.
