replyIt might work but we don't know for sure. Generally dlc is compatible with other versions of the game but it may also give unforeseen issues.

replyNo plans to sell DLC in the future as far as we know. If you refer to the Sneaking Pack, that's included in the Deluxe Edition :)

replyTruthfully I am not sure of the differences between Japan and ROW versions of the game. There might be some minor things, but I was unable to locate comparisons on the internet.
