replyShould a preload happen you will be able to download before release, though it's not confirmed it that will happen or not. Either way you will be able to download as soon as Steam allows it :)

replyToday there is an official announcement from the publisher, and that for the Japanese market is only Windows Store(how silly...). The page of steam store from Japan can not currently be viewed, but is it certain that the steam version also has Japanese subtitles? Is it also possible to activate from Japan?
replyAs far as we know the game can be activated in Japan, when browsing the Steam page it lists Japanese language support for Audio/Subtitles/UI.
Can try to look into it for you if you want but our codes are not region locked to our knowledge.

replyActually the game has been delayed until October 10th. That's fine though, I'd rather they pushed it back to make the game better than release a half finished game like so many others I could list.
