What is Middle-earth: Shadow of War?
Middle-earth: Shadow of War is the sequel to the 2014 open world action game Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. You play once again as Talion and Celebrimbor, otherwise known as The Bright Lord as they attempt to fight back against Sauron and his armies of Mordor. This time they have forged their own Ring of Power to put an end to the Dark Lord, with a quest that will send them all over Middle-earth. They will meet up with various characters in the world such as Shelob, The Nazgul, as well as countless Orcs that inhabit the lands - each with their own personality and traits. Actions you take in the game will not be forgotten, if you continue to taunt enemies they will remember your attitude and it could shape the future of your game, likewise if you decide to ally with Orcs then they may decide to help you out in your hour of need.
Explore a vast open world Middle-earth which is home to several regions, each one is a massive playground for you to play in and has a variety of activities, treasures and puzzles to find. Gear such as Swords, Armour, Bows can be customised and found during your adventure, plus each one is upgradable to allow you to do more damage or withstand it from foes. The world is full of Orc Tribes and each is distinct with their own rituals and fighting styles, plus they can be recruited to your cause for help in the fight. Speaking of Orcs, the Nemesis system from the first game makes a return and it's bigger than ever. With the new system, unique Orcs are created so that no two players will have the same experience. Deciding which Orcs to leave alive or which ones to kill matters as you build your army that can take on Sauron. The game also has fortresses that can be conquered with your army, so make sure yours is a force to be reckoned with.

Launch Times for Middle-earth: Shadow of War / Preload Info
Middle-earth: Shadow of War launches on October 10th at 6pm BST / 7pm CEST. Preloads for the game have already started, you can get your key after purchase and begin downloading. You will need at least 65 gigs of HDD space available so get started as soon as you can to not have to wait on launch to slay the armies of Orcs in your path!
Middle-earth: Shadow of War PC System Requirements
For the PC version of Middle-earth: Shadow of War you'll be needing a reasonable machine to handle the lands of Middle-earth, it's recommended that you have a Windows 10 OS (64 bit only), a 3.4GHz processor, 12 gigs of RAM, 70gigs of HDD Space and at least a 4GB Graphics Card such as the NVIDIA GTX 970 or AMD RX480. If you don't have that then not to worry, as the Minimum requirements requirements will only require 6 gigs of RAM, Windows 7 SP1 OS, and a 2GB Graphics card such as a NVIDIA GTX 660 or AMD HD 7870.
