Redeem your Gamesplanet voucher from the current ASUS ROG Ryzen Reloaded campaign
Do you have some problems with redeeming your voucher on Gamesplanet? Getting the message your code is invalid? No need to panic, you're not alone and many users are not sure where to redeem their codes from the hardware vendor.
How to get your Gamesplanet voucher
- Visit the ASUS Promotion Page at http://promotion.asus.com/en/uk/ryzen
- Click the big button on the page that says "Claim your Code".
- Register or log in at the following page and follow the instructions. Depending on your hardware purchase you may be asked to upload your order ID or further information.
- After that, the ASUS team will check your order and send the Gamesplanet voucher to you.
If you got the Gamesplanet voucher from the ASUS team, you will then be able to redeem them seperately for the games on the Gamesplanet landing page.
