Seagate unveil Brand New 60TB SSD!
Holy moly, just when you thought SSD sizes couldn't come any bigger Seagate have unveiled the biggest SSD to date with a whopping 60TB SSD. Earlier this year Samsung unveiled a 15TB SSD which costs around $10,000 so expect this Seagate SSD to be even more insanely priced.
A whole load of space!
The drive can "accommodate 400 million photos on a typical social media platform, or 12,000 DVD movies". I still remember the floppy diisk era :(
Seagate won't stop there either as they've revealed the tech could support up to 100TB in the future, they plan to release the 60TB SSD next year for an unknown cost - though if the 15TB one is anything to by I'd say maybe buy a lottery ticket and hope to get lucky.
Still if you have the money right? You could probably get a Batmobile for less though.
