Gamescom 2017: new games, new ASUS hardware - at these booths
At Gamescom 2017, ASUS provides the publisher booths with the most modern hardware, to ensure even the most beastly games run perfectly.
Even if developers and publishers have prepared their game demos well, if something goes wrong during the trade show presentation; jerky game-play or even crashing, then the reason for this may depend on the hardware. Sure, at Gamescom 2017 everything is mainly about our favorite hobby, the games. But the often resource hungry alpha versions - need strong, stable platforms. And screens on which visitors will get up close and personal to. Devices that can withstand the heat of the show. Also the millions of greasy fingers, who have just dug in to the overpriced french fries and mayo!
That's why Gamescom is always a great showcase of the hardware vendors, so you can see exactly what they're capable of. This year, ASUS will equip a large number of booths with its product portfolio, which you will recognize instantly by its "Aura". You'll see the amazing lighting effects of ASUS' AURA LED technology from within the PC housings or peripherals. The AURA system Allows coordination of different lighting effects for different peripherals.
So if you are at Gamescom 2017 at the THQ booth, with the likes of ELEX, SpellForce 3 or The Guild 3, you will see the latest ASUS hardware powering the computer, underneath the latest ASUS screens.
