For those with really fast internet(<1 hour download) with no SSDs, it'd be much faster for you if you wait until the game is released, since it'll take more time to decrypt the preloaded files than just downloading it fully(no preload)

Pre loading and I'm from SEA. for all of you guys from SEA who are having doubts.
Also hope that steam won't suddenly remove this game from my library. Heard it has happened before.
