Redeemed it, now pre-loading. Steam didn't block me from redeeming the key so I guess we the East Asian users will have no issue playing this game.

replyIt should have been sent to your account email, if that differs from your payment email it will not show up on the Payment email. Either way it's always best to check your account ;)
