We just looked into it and it appears that the region lock is still in place for Germany (even though it shouldn't be). Apologies we'll get a warning added to our page. If you need help with refunding let us know (I see you didn't enable it yet so you should be able to do it from your game page).

Probably should be a sign on it :/ but then again I didn't buy it in the german store page, so I guess it's my own fault. .... But then again wolfenstein has a warning on the uk storefront that it can't be activated in Germany ;) oh well I'll write support...
