Prey - Graphics Comparison: Low, Medium and Very High Compared by PixelPerfect

After we put the 4K representation of Dawn of War 3 to the test last week, we're now looking at the graphics settings for Prey in 1080p, with CaseKing showcasing off the Prey PC.

While Dawn of War may have failed to impress us with the various settings not really being all that different, Prey delivers a treat on countless setups. In the latest graphics comparison from our sister channel PixelPerfect, we compare three detail levels: Low, Medium and Very High. For this, we have visited places in the Prey, which give showcase off the game in all it's glory as we take a look around the Talos I Space Station.

Prey - Low vs. Medium vs. Very High Graphics Comparison 1080p

For this, we've teamed up with CaseKing to show off the Official Prey PC (only available to purchase in Germay) running the game the way it was intended to be shown off. And to no surprise, the The Prey PC not only benefits visually from the Official Prey branding, but it also packs it with an ASUS Radeon RX 580 graphics card to power it. While we stretch our legs in spacewalking, we can get a look at the gorgeous looking station from Space and compare Low, Medium and Very High presets with the FPS staying strong. Disappointingly, the Low preset does have flicker issues with Shadows - but the graphics themselves should not prove a major problem for many systems and most gamers will be able to enjoy 60 FPS on Very High without needing to tweak much in the way of settings.

Note: The game will look better on your hardware than YouTube. Due to the way compression is handled, some videos will have reduced quality. In our recordings for our PixelPerfect channel, we take care to record as much as possible without quality loss. For the video cut, the professionals from our partner Caseking are responsible.
