When I purchased this game, I received a code, but I still couldn't download it to my computer, no matter what I did. I've been trying for so long that I've lost all desire to do so, and I'd like to cancel the purchase if possible.
I have download Red dead redemption 2 ultimate edition, after installed it's showing that, Your social account is not entitled to Red dead redemption 2.
