When I purchased this game, I received a code, but I still couldn't download it to my computer, no matter what I did. I've been trying for so long that I've lost all desire to do so, and I'd like to cancel the purchase if possible.
Hi there, If you're having issues with registering a new account you should reach out to Rockstar support as only they will have full view of the issue. All I can say is that if this would be a widespread problem there would have been more complaints.
