Yes you can, there are no region locks on the game.
replyThere will be 2 versions in Japan, one very censored one and one with a higher age rating but still has some thing censored in it.
I wonder how that will work for the steam keys....
replyOur keys should be worldwide without locks or censors, if that changes I'll let you know. Either way we'll make sure before sending them out.
