ストアを確認すると通常版(CERO：D)の件は
WWでは「RE3」の製品が通常版で展開されているからだと思います。
日本だけ「CERO：Z」相当の別タイトルがあるイメージだと思います。
そのため、ストアがD相当のものになるのは正しいかなと思います。
※この挙動は「RE2」の時も同じでした。
Steamでは従来コンテンツ名を1つしか指定できなかったのですが、
これが最近になって各地域ごと？か複数のコンテンツ名を
指定できるようになったようですので、
タイトル名称も「RESIDENT EVIL 3 」ではなく
「BIOHAZARD RE:3」になってるだけかもしれません。
自身の推測ではアクティベート時にWW版と出ていたので
中身は表現規制がない通常の海外版ではないかと予想してます。
早く中身を確認したいです！

If you check the store, the regular version (CERO: D)
I think this is because the RE3 product is deployed in the regular version on the WW.
I think that only Japan has an image with a different title equivalent to "CERO: Z".
So I think it's correct for the store to be equivalent to D.

Is this each region recently? Or multiple content names
It seems that you can now specify
Title name is not "RESIDENT EVIL 3"
It may just be "BIOHAZARD RE: 3".
My guess was that it was a WW version at the time of activation, so

前作RE2もこちらで購入（規制無）しましたがそちらもsteamストア上はDverなので恐らく問題なく海外版を追加出来ていると思います。
