今、日本語版でダウンロードして予約特典を使用していますが、ワールドワイド版を購入しても使い回しはできないということですか？
Is the pre-order bonus currently downloaded and used in the Japanese version not reusable even if the world-wide version is purchased?
replyWW版を購入してもJP版がSteamに登録されていたら、JP版をサポートに連絡して完全に削除して貰わないとキー認証の際に弾かれると思いますよ。
