I see this title can be activated in my region and I'm in Japan.
If I remember it correctly it said cannot be activated the last time I checked.
Was it changed recently somehow? Is it gonna work in Japan now?

*I've read notification saying it's not guaranteed right below. But still, I have to ask anyway.
