Hey all,
The keys for Resident Evil 4 have already arrived and are waiting in our database to be distributed to our pre-order customers.
Capcom has set the time for sending out the keys to the release at 00:00 GMT (March 24th for the UK store). The keys will then go out to you and land in your Gamesplanet account within a few minutes.
Unfortunately, Capcom has not planned a preload for Resident Evil 4 - sorry.
Don't let the waiting time get too long.

No worries, but keys will go out at launch time no need to panic :)
replyKeys will be sent at launch, which is 00:00 GMT. Capcom are not doing a preload for this title, but do not worry you will get your key on time :)
