Hey, as you've already picked up the free game promo we cannot offer a refund at this point. I understand it's disappointing but Capcom are the ones who have yet to send keys. Worry not keys should be sent over soon. I apologise for the delay in this but we have no control over the situation. We have been on at them to resolve the issue though and will not stop until they're with us.
You have given me a game that is free on Steam and which you have more than enough keys because you will no longer sell them. I want my money, give me a refund or open a dispute in PayPal.

I bought RE 4 HD edition but the key i've received is not the hd edition.
