Hello, I would like you to make a refund in my PayPal of the product, I have been waiting four days for the key and I think it is good to wait. Please tell me how to request it, otherwise I will request it directly through PayPal. Thanks.
replyHey, as you've already picked up the free game promo we cannot offer a refund at this point. I understand it's disappointing but Capcom are the ones who have yet to send keys. Worry not keys should be sent over soon. I apologise for the delay in this but we have no control over the situation. We have been on at them to resolve the issue though and will not stop until they're with us.
replyYou have given me a game that is free on Steam and which you have more than enough keys because you will no longer sell them. I want my money, give me a refund or open a dispute in PayPal.
replyThe game is not free on Steam, not sure what you're seeing? I can understand being disappointed with the wait times and we are doing everything we can to resolve it. The keys may even be with us tomorrow at the earliest.
