replyIt's longer than usual, but its also a bank holiday in some parts of the world. We're hoping it'll be tomorrow though. Sorry for the delay, its sadly out of our hands right now.

replyHey, as you've already picked up the free game promo we cannot offer a refund at this point. I understand it's disappointing but Capcom are the ones who have yet to send keys. Worry not keys should be sent over soon. I apologise for the delay in this but we have no control over the situation. We have been on at them to resolve the issue though and will not stop until they're with us.

replyKeys were ordered by Capcom last week, it's in their hands. It shouldn't be much longer though, possibly tomorrow. Apologies for the delay but we have no control over this.
