Where to find the pre order bonus in-game

The pre order bonus will be automatically added to your game, if you've got the pre order edition then you've nothing else to do except redeem the key and download the game on Steam.

You unlock your bonus item around 30 minutes in to the game as soon as you run in to your first item box. Open that bad boy and you'll see a rather lovely cardboard box from a certain special lady. Send it over to your inventory and you can open it up to receive an array of first aid items plus a special coin that lets you take additional damage when equipped.

Now if I was trapped inside the Bakers mad house this is exactly the kind of gift I'd like to receive :D
