Even if activation is currently possible in my region, is there a chance that the publisher will region lock it after I purchase it here?

I mean publishers can always change their minds, but at present it does work in your region. If it does end up being locked we'd refund - but it's doubtful it will end up being locked. If you have any other issues or concerns email [email protected]
