This is my first time Pre-order so I just wanna know it.
We don't have control over the key delivery, that's on the publisher. It's likely to be before release, whether that's in time for a preload, or earlier is still tbc. We've been working with Capcom for many years and have always sent out keys ahead of release so I wouldn't worry :)
Usually preload is a few days ahead of launch - but we may even get keys sooner.
