Yes , this version is not region locked, it can be played in Japan.

First of all, when I tried to purchase with one credit card, I could not buy it due to an error. When I purchase with another credit card, I received an email saying ”Your order at Gamesplanet will be reviewed” for more than 1 hour, but I still can't play the game. What exactly do you mean?Does it take so long to buy? Will the verification email really come? If I can't buy it, please return the money.
