Yes, you'll be able to activate and play from Saudi Arabia!

In case it does not work (which is not going to happen) we would refund you, yes. We never leave gamers behind with non-working games.

Thanks for such a quick reply man i asked this because on Saudi steam page it says

We are unfortunately unable to offer the Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration game plus season pass bundle in this region. However, almost all content included in this bundle is still available to purchase separately

So that's why i thought i should confirm it with you guys and i am really happy to read that comment of yours!
