Definitive release date for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl

GSC Game World sits down around a campfire to give us a candid update on the progress of Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl.

Grateful for the invaluable feedback received during their travels around the world, they note that the atmosphere in the Zone is a success. However, on a technical level, perfection has not yet been achieved. There is still work to be done, enough to cause another setback.

The development studio has therefore decided to push back the release date to 5 September 2024, in order to guarantee a smoother, more complete experience. Despite the logical disappointment of this delay, they express their gratitude for the unwavering support and promise an abundance of information about the game to keep us up to date with their progress. The Zone is waiting, and the team is determined to deliver an unforgettable adventure.
