I have never played any CIV before (if you watch the video you'll be able to tell XD) so Civilization VI - CIV 6 - will be my first. It is AMAZING! I have fallen in love with CIV - Since this video, i've played MANY more hours. I highly recommend CIV if you've not tried it & dont mind puttin time in to learn how to play.
