You should have an entry in your library called "SEGA Mega Drive and Genesis Classics", if you right click and show DLC it should be listed under that. Boot that and it should appear in the collection.

It's possible SEGA adds them to accounts in waves, would suggest waiting a little to see it if appears. If not then the offer may have expired.
Also be sure you have restarted your Steam client just in case.

It's still possible you could receive that, the bonus was not a pre-order incentive but a pre-order extra that was applied to accounts because of the delay. Whether that will also apply to you is something only SEGA will be able to answer. Would suggest reaching out to them and find out if you're eligible or not.

Not possible at all. Sega just replied to me saying :
"The game is only available if you preordered the game before the 16th August from one of our SEGA approved retailers"
I would like to request a refund then.

Ah, looks like it was only a limited time promotion then. As we did not advertise the Sonic 1 bonus as a pre-order incentive we cannot refund your order sadly. You purchased on the 21st so that was after the bonus window.

is not the only reason... In steam was not advertised that this game include malware (Denuvo) . I tried to request refund through Steam but Steam says that I should ask for refund where I purchased the key. Please give me a solution.

Well then… A refund has been processed to your Gamesplanet Wallet. The money is available to be spend on any other product you wish. Wallet funds don't expire.
