Game Pass already has the option to pre load from what I can gather? But ok no worries, I assume when you do hear from Bethesda on the pre load you'll release access correct?

Keys will go out in time for a Steam preload, whenever that is. It's not today though. We've been working with Bethesda for several years and have been on time with each release.
