There is no such policy with Steam, it should be 2 hours / 14 days. What exactly is the issue you're facing?

So if I bought the game and I did not like it, Do I have 2 hours for a refund ?

While we discourage using us a demo service, we'd suggest doing a little research beforehand. That said we're not completely against a refund if you're under a short time. We mainly use refunds for tech issues though.
