Are you checking the in-game options? It does have Simplified Chinese support but not Traditional Chinese.

是安装程序不支持中文就是第一个下载的那个安装程序安装的时候没有中文选项游戏我还没有安装好游戏内支不支持我还不知道

The installer does not have Chinese no, but it's included within the game itself. Sorry about that we have no option to do the installer in another language but hopefully you can understand it enough to get it installed.
