Download takes forever
Download takes forever. Is the game supposed to by divided into ~20 bins all being 2GB?
Currently on Superseducer3Setup-12bin, and im about halfway there.
Has downloaded for 2hours now

download speed is embarrassing. when are you expecting to fix this? should be flagged before purchase...

We've taken measures to improve speeds already with a new server and are continuing to work to improve speeds. Sadly it's a popular game and it's resulting in a heavier than normal load.

i have fiber optics with 1,000Mbps and downloading on 1mbps on your website... need to invest/improve further. this is highly disappointing.

As I said we're doing our best to improve things for everyone, unfortunately I don't have a ETA when things will normalize. We've already improved things quite a bit since release and we'll continue to do that .
