Download takes forever

Download takes forever. Is the game supposed to by divided into ~20 bins all being 2GB?
Currently on Superseducer3Setup-12bin, and im about halfway there.
Has downloaded for 2hours now

The download has failed for the third time, plus download speed is barely 200kbps, do you even realize it's 2021 already?

If you're having issues with the downloader try right clicking the program > run as admin. Otherwise download the separate files from your order page.

No worries, I remember ordering games by mail order, sometimes they'd take 3 or 4 weeks to arrive through the letterbox! (They must have made the diskettes by hand on a potter's wheel). Keep up the good work, we'll get there!

download speed is embarrassing. when are you expecting to fix this? should be flagged before purchase...

We've taken measures to improve speeds already with a new server and are continuing to work to improve speeds. Sadly it's a popular game and it's resulting in a heavier than normal load.

i have fiber optics with 1,000Mbps and downloading on 1mbps on your website... need to invest/improve further. this is highly disappointing.

Same here. 1.2MB/S not really up to par. And that's downloading file by file.

We are aware of the issue. The servers are really busy at the time. It will get better once some of the customers download their copies. At the time there's no better solution than to keep downloading at speeds that are available.

with me as well. Have tried to download it 5 times now. And of course, it also crashed 5 times. What can I do about this? I'm just trying to freaking play the game man...
