I think nobody knows yet but I did find this talking about the additional content from the Season Pass - "one exclusive playable guest character from other videogames’ licenses with, each time, a special stage and special costumes for these guest characters."

so is it worth buying the deluxe edition?
replyIf you're considering getting the Season Pass then yes because you save £1 plus you get the 2 characters from the Deluxe Edition. Depends how much you love Tekkon games I'd say. If you're sure you're gonna spend a long time on this game then go for the Deluxe :p

replyThat's correct, Deluxe also has Metallic skins which may or may not become DLC later (as far as I know).
