Which official European retailer was that? I doubt they are very official if they sold you a Russian key.

It was Gamersgate (listed as official on Ubi), but it was their honest glitch in the system or description; and they fixed it immediately after sending me the correct key. I shall buy from them anytime, as they are a professional service.
