The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr PC Version Comparison
TESO: Elsweyr's digital Standard Edition and digital Collector's Edition also include the base game, Morrowind and Summerset content. You'll get instant access if you pre-order either version. Meanwhile the upgrade packages are for TESO players who already own at least the main game. TESO: Elsweyr Digital Collector's Editions Bonus Content
The digital Collector's Edition (not the upgrade) contains everything beginners need, making it the first choice for those who want to get started right away in The Elder Scrolls Online and are still green behind the elven ears. It not only contains the chapter Elsweyr, but also the basic game and the collector's editions of the Summerset and Morrowind expansions. The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade only includes the Elsweyr expansion and the Collector's Extras.
The following extras are included in both collector's packages and will be available when Elsweyr is released:
