The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered: Trailer announces PC release for April 4th 2025
More good news from the Game Awards 2024: Sony PlayStation has not only announced The Last of Us 2 Remastered for PC with a trailer, but has also thrown a release date straight into the ring. The remastered sequel to The Last of Us Part 1 will be available for PC on April 4th 2025. And as it is a remaster, it is not just a simple adaptation, but also improvements to an already extremely good game (MetaScore 93).
The legendary development studio Naughty Dog is responsible for adapting the remaster. The Last of Us 2 Remastered comes with all the improvements and content that some may already be familiar with from the PlayStation 5 version. These include the roguelike survival mode ‘No Return’, commentaries, Guitar Free Play and much more. You can also assume that the PC version will have exclusive options on board. Conceivable are widescreen modes, DLSS/FSR support and breaking the FPS limits. So expect the best version of an acclaimed action-adventure game centred around the adventures of Ellie and Abby.
The Last of Us - Part 2 will soon be available on Gamesplanet.
