E3 2016 - The Surge Trailer and Gameplay Footage
The Surge is a brand new sci-fi Action RPG set in the near-future from developer Deck13 - who are the ones that created the popular Lords of Fallen (self promotion plug, it's on sale right now for 70% off - https://goo.gl/nMgcle).
It's a mix of mechs, third person action and is Dark Souls like apparently, though it's hard to really tell just how alike the game is to Dark Souls from trailer footage.
Set in the future where companies have set out to repair the damage caused by global warming. You must use this exo-suit and a plethora of make-shift weapons and armor upgrades to survive. One of the big features is the ability to target limbs, this may prove useful in combat should an enemy have a weak spot you can take advantage of that.

No exact date yet, but it will release sometime in 2017 for PC and consoles.
