Would love to preorder here, but your keys for previous two installments of Ubisoft - Steep and Watch_Dogs 2 - were EU locked and could not be activated in Ukraine.

Unfortunately you will not be able to activate this if you have a Ukraine IP address. Ubisoft have addedd Ukraine to the RUS-CN section which is included in the region locked area.
