Hey, keys for Ubisoft titles are no longer provided and you'll have to use Ubisoft Connect to add the game to your account. This is a change that has been made to all partners for the game. You can still gift a copy though, we allow users to gift purchases now.

You'll get the version with English language the same as it was with The Division. Hope that helps.
