So i bought Gold just in case.

Seems like all works fine. In case someone else will ask you similar questions, i leave you an image -- https://i.imgur.com/vDrmWnl.png -- your keys added those 2 lines (WW and ASIA lang packs). I started game it was in RU but it actually allowed me to switch to any other language. I switched to English with no problems. All progress is saved, no worries. The only thing i add is that its probably would be enough to buy base version. But i don't care as long as it works.
