replyI'm trying to buy this game and i get a message that the transaction was unsuccessful. I tried in this store and in the DE and FR sites, all with the same error. It can't be my paypal because I just purchase a game from origin with this account and it went trough immediately. can you please check to see what can be the problem? Thanks
Hey, not sure why Paypal is failing for you there doesn't appear to be an issue there. Perhaps you could try reaching out to Paypal to see if they are able to help. Alternatively you could try using another payment method.
You may be having troubles with the site not processing correctly, I would try another browser and make sure any adblock software is not being used to test if that is the issue.
replyGot it! Bought from the FR store with the same PayPal, don't know what was the problem before, but tried again when i got home and got the key 5 seconds after the confirmation. Thank you again for the help
