The reason why I'm asking if I'm able to preorder in The Philippines is because in the Ubistore it says that my country won't be able to avail in preordering the game. http://i.imgur.com/W5pWXl2.png
I just want to be sure that by buying from you I'll be able to get the game, because technically it is still pre-ordering.
