It didn't make any difference at all where gamers went to redeem but as of lately there seems to be a region lock on the websites -- not keys. The situation is frustrating and very annoying. We have to wait for Ubi to fix the issue. By then, you'll have Hazmat and there will be no need for any VPN or other weird stuff to get access to the content you paid for.
