I live in US if i buy it will I be able to pay the EU amount using US currency? And will I be able to play with other people in the US?

The amount will be converted by the bank or PayPal to USD, so that works for you. The codes sold here are global, there is no region lock nor any EU only mapping. Matchmaking depends on ping speed and server availability.
