You currently have the game at such a low price compared to most retailers/resellers (80-100AUD$) so I hope its a yes.

replyIt is usually instant, except if the security system demands any of us to look at it. As we're here now, it is instant ;)

replyThe amount will be converted by the bank or PayPal to USD, so that works for you. The codes sold here are global, there is no region lock nor any EU only mapping. Matchmaking depends on ping speed and server availability.
