Having a team member say one thing, then you do another is rather unprofessional. It's not even about the financial aspect of it, the price difference wouldn't even get you a large coffee. A mistake was made and the response? Attitude and sarcasm. You have clearly shown no respect to your customers and I suspect this is just a case of trying to squeeze a few more pounds out of people now that initial impressions are positive. People will buy anyway so why should you give a ####, right?
I was close to buying, but I'd rather spend my money with a company that has a bit more integrity. I won't be back, I urge others to do the same.
