replyThat is unusual, please forward a screenshot to [email protected] and we'll take a look. Did you restart Uplay? Sometimes they expire games, but if you toggle "All games" it should be in that list.

replyHi, Can you please give me more details? I'd like to know what reason you'd have for changing the region version. Also will you be using a different Uplay account? In that case I'd say that you would have to start your game progress over from the start.
replyThe CIS version is region locked and contains ONLY russian language. The localization is awful, there are many mistakes and game loses its atmosphere. So the only way to change rus lang into eng is to buy the region free key. That's what I received as an answer from Ubisoft Support.
