How would one claim the National Guard set? Is this just auto unlocked along with the hazmat set when i get the Key?

Seems there's not much info on that yet, however we are not selling EU specific keys, they are worldwide. So if Australia does have dedicated servers, if you play in Australia I would imagine you would also be in those servers.

1 Question, recently Australia was announced it will have dedicated servers. Will this key be locked to (UK? EU?) or will I be playing in my own region?

1. Keys are not region locked so keys from here will work ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and, quite possibly, even the moon.

2. You will receive your keys in time for a preload i.e. sometime between NOW and 7th March as actual launch is 8th March.
